The Bakery
The bakery is the heart of our business. Our bakers start early each morning to make freshly cooked items ready for the day ahead. Ingredients are weighed, mixed and baked following closely guarded recipe’s using traditional baking methods.
We are very hands on To get the finish we require we hand fill and glaze the pies, we hand decorate the cakes and we kneed and shape the bread and teacakes. Goods are made today to be eaten today.
